A customer’s vehicle broken down in an underground car park, and Michael left home early and drove to the customer’s location to carry out the vehicle battery replacement on site. The customer called back and was very pleased with Michael’s ability to quickly resolve his issue.

Steve who looked after us was very aware and acknowledged about our car and provided us with the best service possible and was as good as a star, making the whole experience enjoyable and not only did he do it in the best way possible but also made us laugh quite a lot. During preparation for the handover for Mr D’s new Portofino, and knowing that it was a present for his wife, Sean decided to try and make it more memorable for her. So he dressed the car with a huge red ribbon and made sure that there was a matching bouquet of roses in the car for her. Not only did this surprise Mrs D, but Mr D was also over the moon with the extra effort that Sean had put in to make it a special day for them.

I just wanted to take a minute and let you know how pleased and impressed I am with Mark Bell. He has worked with me on learning as much as I can, having only been in the Ferrari world for about a year now. He is Extremely willing to work with us here and is always happy to do it. I couldn’t think of a better guy to do business with as a newcomer to this part of the automotive field. I am sure some days I send enough emails to him that any normal person would get irritated, but he has never shown frustration to me. Mr M had his Panamera E-Hybrid booked in with our Service department. When he went to leave his house, he found that the Panamera charging cable from his wall charger was locked on and he couldn’t get it unlocked to remove the cable and leave. He called Porsche Assistance who dispatched a local recovery company to go and rectify the issue but upon arrival discovered that they couldn’t get the charging cable unlocked either.

Growing increasingly frustrated at this point, Mr M called the dealership to ask for assistance. Mr M lives approx. 45 mins away from the dealership so to avoid him waiting for any longer, the Sales Manager called Ross who was on his day off but who lives in the same area as Mr M and asked if he was able to go and try to help. Without hesitation, Ross headed to Mr M’s house and once there, he managed to get the cable unlocked and send Mr M on his way.

Mr M was blown away by Ross’ helpfulness and couldn’t thank him enough for helping out on his day off. Mr M is now even considering ordering a 992 from Ross which he wasn’t planning to do previously.

We had a customer, Mr M, book his Boxster in for a service after recently purchasing it and identified a total of £15,000 worth of work that was either Amber or Red work.

Claire spent hours going through this with the technician, workshop control and Mr M to ensure that he received the best advice and to prioritise the work that needed to be done. Through many visits from Mr M, Claire built a great rapport with him and Mr M authorised a total of over £9,000 worth of work.

Once the vehicle was finished, Claire had the vehicle fully valeted and had it placed in the DDB bay, covered over and performed a full vehicle handover at 7pm on the Friday evening which also included a handover pack containing a picture of the Porsche Leicester team that had worked on the customer’s vehicle.

Russell Bannister helped to make a young autistic Porsche enthusiast’s 14th birthday extra special, with VIP Porsche treatment, and a drive in a Porsche 911 GTS.

Today was our son’s 14th birthday and he got a VIP birthday treatment at Porsche Centre Mid-Sussex, thank you so much for making his day super special! You truly deserve an autism-friendly award for your understanding and time you always give us when we visit.

Carl has shown excellent levels of service and took great care and attention when delivering a customer’s car. The customer was so impressed that they left us a 5 star google review.

Carl the excellent service delivery driver spotted a slight fault in the transfer case and proactively reported it for investigation in the technician's test drive. Porsche Silverstone arranged a replacement under warranty. I am just so pleased with the service from Porsche Silverstone these days and their excellent staff.

Winner first place

Paul was returning from a morning of parts deliveries and as he was approaching the brow of a hill he saw that a lady was broken down in the middle of the road with a piece of metal wedged under her car. Paul made the road safe by using our delivery van with hazard lights on and proceeded to raise the car up on its jack and removed the piece of metal, he inspected the car for further damage and the lady was able to carry on with her journey. She phoned our Parts Manager to say how grateful she was for the assistance Paul gave.

A great example of helping others when the need arises and fantastic PR for the dealership.

Scott has been with the Edinburgh Team for over 12 years and keeps delivering exceptional Customer Service on every interaction, taking pride on representing the team. We have received recent feedback from a very pleased Sales customer who just purchased his first Porsche from Scott and will possibly remain loyal to the Brand after being given an amazing experience.

I just wanted to drop you a brief email to thank you and your team for handling the sale/purchase of my first Porsche. I dealt with Grahame and David who were polite, diligent and engaging but Scott, in particular, was excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

He was extremely patient with my demands and the fact that running two businesses makes it difficult to get hold of me at times. We travelled up from Andover and were welcomed at your premises with a coffee and to find an extremely well-presented vehicle with a couple of added surprises for my wife on her Birthday. All of the paperwork and handover were completed efficiently so we drove into the city for our stay at the Radisson.The hotel was excellent and again surprises for the wife with strawberries and prosecco on arrival. After a walk around the city and a few cashmere purchases, we had a lovely dinner at one of Scott’s recommended restaurants which was really good.

We left the next morning for a 500-mile drive getting to know the car and all of its capability. I am really enjoying the car and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience as did the wife. Your team represented you and the brand very well and I look forward to returning in a couple of years for next Porsche. Very many thanks.
