Nina is the face and energy of our showroom,
She continuously goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone that walks into our Centre feels welcome and special regardless of the reason for their visit,
For those customers that purchase, Nina makes sure every handover hamper is personalised and special to each customer by ordering and building their unique gift and also ensuring she is on hand for the big reveal too.
Nina also makes sure our aspirational visitors are also well looked after and that they receive the full Aston Martin Nottingham experience too, with no request being too much trouble.
Some people may think she is only doing her job but I can assure you she completely surpasses the expectation of the role and creates a real Celebrity Service and luxurious feel for everyone regardless of their status.
A gentleman called John came into Wilmslow on Monday 24th. He brought with him a young teenager called Selina. John explained that Selina was the daughter of a friend and that she was visiting over from Pakistan, she’s not been to a dealership like ours before and that she is a massive McLaren fan. While they were having a look Joanne quickly googled how long the flight was to Pakistan, and depending on where you are flying from the UK, the flight is usually between 11-12 hours. Joanne thought it would be a nice idea to get some McLaren literature for her to keep her busy on her flight back. She set about raiding the sales exec’s offices for brochures and found one on the 720s, one on the Artura and one on the sports series. One of the sales executives also gave her a leather McLaren Manchester keyring for her too. When they came to leave, they both said thank you so much and Joanne then surprised her with the bundle of goodies. She honestly looked like she was going to cry! They both left absolutely beaming.

A lady whose brother has terminal cancer contacted the Centre to ask if she could make her brother’s wishes come true before it would be too late to do so. His dream was to be a passenger in a 911. She contacted reception and Rosy passed on their details to Harry our Porsche Pro who contacted them to arrange a special visit.
Upon arrival, the gentleman was provided with a Porsche Cap as the 911 was a convertible and had plenty of photo opportunities before Harry took him out for a memorable driving experience, explaining the Porsche Brand and the 911 in detail. Harry even dropped the gentleman back home where his sister and family were waiting to take more photos. Harry went above and beyond and invited the family to the Centre’s 75 Anniversary celebrations and was on hand to welcome them and personally show them around the fantastic cars that were on display.
The feedback was fantastic; they wrote a letter to Harry and Terry the Centre HOB as well as sent a personalised thank you card. I'll send these in a separate email to Lara.

A huge thank you to Ellie and Amarit today. This is Ollie who has HFA. He is besotted with Ferrari and as it was a teacher's training day my husband took him to your garage. My husband and Ollie were made to feel welcome and the second they walked through the door Ellie noticed there was something special about our boy and went above and beyond to make this a really special day. Amarit took him to get some sweets. He came back with a present and a presenter pack given by Ellie and he has not put it down. My husband called and he was nearly in tears at just how lovely you both were. From one mum to another I will be eternally grateful for how you made Ollie's day today after a hard week. Keep doing what you are doing because you are really making a difference more than you know xxx

We have asked our Hosts to embrace people visiting and not buying a car, i.e families, children, and people who are generally interested in cars.
These people could be customers of the future. It is giving something back to the local community and also creates great word of mouth so we always want to look after them.

It was my son’s 6th birthday at the weekend and with him being Porsche mad we visited Porsche Leicester as a birthday treat.
We were greeted by Amy Dawson and once Amy found out it was my son’s birthday a bag of treats was presented to my son Tom.
Thank you to Amy and Porsche Leicester, Tom was made up!!
P.S Tom is already saving his birthday money for a 992 or a Cayman and I’m sure he will be doing business with you in the future!!
A customer contacted the business politely requesting that his wife could experience a Porsche for her 60th birthday. Having never been into a Porsche centre before he wanted to make her birthday a special experience as they are both huge fans of the brand but have never been able to own one.
Sam our Porsche pro picked up on this, arranged flowers for her on arrival and spent time showing them around the business; giving her the opportunity to take pictures in the cars, speak to staff about the brand and Group as well as take them both out in a Taycan and 911.
She was close to tears and overwhelmed with the whole experience, especially the way Sam treated her and her husband.

We have a very long-standing customer – Mr and Mrs Studholme who have never visited the showroom, despite buying 15 cars from us. We eventually persuaded him and his wife to visit us. Paul and the Hosting Team arranged for lunch to be provided for them. They really enjoyed their visit and commented on how nice the quiche was that they had for lunch.
Paul was due to visit them in Boston 2 days later, so arranged with our caterers to make some additional quiche, which Paul delivered to them.
Mrs Studholme was amazed at the attention to detail shown by Paul.

We would like to nominate Anna Ratcliffe, our Marketing Manager, not for making it special for one client, but for over 100 guests at our recent 296 GTB Preview event.
Anna’s vision and determination managed to turn what is a building site showroom due to a refurbishment, into a magical Ferrari world for our clients to see the launch of the new model. We had a starlight tunnel leading into a completely enclosed event area within the showroom, which housed the event kit that Ferrari supplied perfectly.
The result impressed both the Manufacturer and customers equally with some fantastic comments, but more importantly, the event generated numerous orders for the new car from those that attended. One of the best launch events we have ever done – congratulations Anna
Chloe always goes the Extra Mile with any person who enters our business regardless of the nature of their visit. I have had comments from delivery drivers up to customers collecting £200,000 cars and she treats every single person with the same level of service and respect.
This particular event involved making a very memorable experience for a young girl and her father (who weren’t purchasing customers):
This is a message for Chloe and her manager. I was in the area visiting some family and whilst in Leicester and being a Porsche fan, my 9-year-old daughter and I thought it would be nice to visit the local Porsche dealership. We were pleased to see you had a great stock of cars and my daughter was taking pics – she was very impressed with the 992 Turbo S in Crayon! But what made the visit to your dealership extra special was the politeness and warm welcome provided by Chloe.
We were greeted nicely and before we left Chloe very kindly presented my daughter with some posters and a Porsche pencil. This was something we weren’t expecting and was a very pleasant surprise. Not even our local Porsche dealer in the West Midlands has done this, so Jasmine (daughter) will always remember this trip of hers to Porsche Centre Leicester. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you and provide some positive feedback for Chloe. I have a 992 GTS on order with another dealer, but with this level of service at your dealership and the fact I visit Leicester a fair amount due to my in-Laws being here, then I may use your dealership for servicing in the future.
A gentleman from Manchester came into the showroom one Friday with his three young Grandchildren who are Porsche mad. The reason he was visiting Solihull was that they were all attending a relative’s funeral locally so he wanted to cheer the kids up. He ended up contacting me and wanted to emphasise how delighted he was with the front of house and how welcoming everyone in the business was, particularly Maureen who showed the kids upstairs to take photos of the cars, arranged Porsche Caps & Chocolates with no pressure and in his own words got a great vibe in the business and all of the staff that were so welcoming.
He visited Porsche Chester the following morning (his local Centre) as a previous customer of theirs wanting to place an order on a 911 after looking at our Showroom car. They declined to let him look around and would not open the car in the showroom as he didn’t have a prior appointment… He has now placed his order through Solihull on a new 911 factory order due to the care and attention received from Maureen and the front of house team.
